Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Custom-fitted or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original, unused condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at support@misaalbytamseel.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Once approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@misaalbytamseel.com with photos of the item. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
